Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Fort Worth

The restaurant claims to close at 9:00, but I arrived at 8:51 hoping to grab a quick bite, and the doors were already closed. I wasn't aware that you shut down at 8:51. I suggest updating your posted hours or ensuring your staff is held accountable for closing early.

My wife and I went there for lunch today and had the baked potatoes with brisket. After we ate, we started feeling sick. I vomited and my wife has had extreme bowl movements. As a chef I bet they just reheated the stuff from yesterday. Will definitely not be back.Food: 1/5

The food was a bit on the dry side, but it was still really tasty. I added some cheese and barbecue sauce, but I think they should offer a creamy cheese sauce like Arby's does. Aside from that, everything was quick and quite appetizing. The manager at the window was incredibly friendly and even asked if I needed a carrier and if I wanted extra pickles and onions on the side. I will definitely be returning!

Smells so good from across the highway. Good selection of fresh smoked texas BBQ. I recommend the chicken breast, potatoe casserole, and their coleslaw. The staff was friendly and helpful and the lobby was clean and could entertain a huge amount of people. The play the NFL games on their big tv on Sunday's, and have certain location-specific daily dine in specials. Will be back for sure!Kid-friendliness: They had highchairs and booster seats openly available for families, kids eat free on Sundays advertised roadside in front of the building, and free ice cream for dessert.Parking: Lots of spaces as it appears that the parking lot circle the entire building all the way around.Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't notice any stairs and think that the building is only one level story.

Blue Mound Rd, Fort Worth. Ribs were tough, rolls were cold and almost hard. Baked beans were straight out of a can…no seasoning at all. Potato salad green beans were good. I expected better quality. Will not return.
