Chick-fil-a - Fort Worth

I stopped by for breakfast this morning around 6:20 and waited at the counter for about 4-5 minutes without anyone taking my order. There were two employees at the front; both made eye contact with me. One said he'd be with me shortly, but the other seemed very flustered and upset. I hope her day improves. I ended up going to a different place for breakfast, but this experience hasn't changed my positive opinion of Chick-fil-A.

I wanted to update my review. Blake from this location contacted me by phone to discuss the issues I previously experienced. He was very apologetic and made a sincere effort to resolve the situation, encouraging me to give them another chance. Today, after my daughter insisted on having Chick-fil-A for lunch, I decided to visit the store again. The drive-thru service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, smiling, and provided excellent service. This is the kind of experience Chick-fil-A is known for. A big thank you to Karen, Mitchel, and BK for being wonderful today, and to Blake for taking the time to address my past concerns. We will definitely be back!

This Chick-fil-A location consistently provides friendly service and operates efficiently! Even if they're running a few minutes late, they are quick to apologize. I can't stress enough the warmth and excellent management of this place. I've never encountered a problem with my orders here. Plus, they never judge me for how often I stop by, which is a nice bonus!

My favorite Chick-Fil-A!! I've never had a bad experience here! Brightens my morning every time I get to go for breakfast!
