Burger King - Fort Worth

I'm not a fan of posting negative reviews but this past Saturday afternoon around 5ish I attempted to go through the drive through there was no noise I speak perfect English born and raised in the US not that, that should make any difference, anyways, either the person taking orders was too busy having their own conversation or he just didn't feel like doing his job I repeated my very simple order 3 times not once did he get it then he gave the responsibility to someone else and she was laughing while taking the order at this point I was upset and felt that I needed to go inside and place my order. I went in the place was empty there were at least 5 employees and the seating area and drink area were FILTHY. Same guy from the drive through took my order I guess when you have the customer in your face you start doing your job. Honestly this place needs new staff or better management.

Horrible customer service. The drive thru cashier had the worst attitude. Save your time and energy.

If I could give it negative stars I would! Waited 10 minutes for the drive thru and no one ever came to take my order beeped and everything at the window! Super unprofessional someone in there saw me because she was mopping. A line of cars behind me. We all left this was today at 740am

Friendly to a point. No greeting. Girl at the front seemed preoccupied. Semi well kept. Food could have been better. Signs are misleading. Also make sure they understand your order or it will be wrong. Good for a quick stop.

Zippy drive thru service. This is a great new location. Food was very good and super hot. Outside appearance was very clean and employee interaction was superb.
