Subway - Fort Wayne

This Subway location is the worst. I can't comprehend why they have kids working there who laugh and mock customers. I will never return. I had to cancel my order.

If I could give a negative review I would. Worst service I've ever had. Took 35 mins to get my sandwich. The employee was more worried about what the other workers were doing than making my 1 sandwich. They're was only 3 people in front of me and got a total of 4 foot longs and still took over 35min for me to get my order. Then the employee starts yelling at me for having an attitude when I was patient the whole time until the end when it took her 12min to get/find cucumbers for my sandwich. The guy that was behind me in line got his sandwich done before I did that's how slow the employee was working on mine. I'll never go to that location again!

The fast food business has been completely horrible. No greater example.couple days back I Ordered online here went through the empty drive through and they told me that you couldn’t do this and had to come in. Today , I ordered online and the store is entirely locked and forcing people to go through the drive through which is jam packed. ELIMINATE the online order feature if you can’t ensure convenience. Clearly these managers are no longer capable of handling this. No longer providing business here.

The time is absolutely müll. sat on my lunch break at 110 o'clock and sat there 15 minutes after he was asked to wait. people who eat on lunch breaks must be there and back in a certain time. that means that this subway is no longer an option for me. they certainly wish that this one of the same owners, the coliseum and hadley road sites. they are fantastic. they stay away from this place when they are on a schedule. btw 2 people in the line inside and no one was in the car. müll.

Did not cook the speck before I put on my sandwich (rohes speck), put much too much mayo (shorted) , no serviettes (executing order of doordash) and hardly meat on my footlong! definitiw disappointed from the quality. would not recommend!
