Salvatori's Fort Wayne Southwest

We visited for the first time on Friday night and were pleasantly surprised by the short wait time. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best restaurant experience I've ever had. Our waitress was fantastic, the food was outstanding, and the manager even stopped by our table to check in on us, which made the evening all the more enjoyable. And the portion sizes? No joke, they were generous! I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be returning!

The atmosphere, food, and drinks were absolutely outstanding. This was our first visit, and we were truly impressed. Our waitress, Candace, was exceptional. It's so refreshing to encounter someone so friendly and positive in these times. Our food was ready in about 25 minutes, and the drinks were almost ready as well. The portion sizes were large enough to feed a small family. I even had enough pasta left over for a late-night snack and breakfast! We will definitely be back!

The food was fantastic! I had the lunch cannelloni and the Italian wedding soup, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed. My only suggestion would be to add some garlic to the bread; it was buttery but lacked a bit of flavor. The restaurant was very clean and had a lovely atmosphere, with a cool and pleasantly dim ambiance. The staff did a good job of keeping guests spaced apart, which allowed for privacy for you and your party, although it might have been more convenient to sit people a bit closer together. Cheers!

The reviewer who said the portion size was and I quote crazy in the membrane. They were NOT exaggerated. We ordered the captivating alfredo with mushrooms, captivating alfredo with spinach, bread sticks and two pieces of berry rtiramisu. Dinner was so wild, only one of the fetters dinner could have fed me and my sister easily. It was our first time order always and we ordered it through door bag and everything came hot and so good. 10/10. If I ever find myself in Fort Wayne again, I will definitely order again.

The wonderful staff hosted 9 of us for a low-key wedding celebration in private room off the main dining room. We were loud and laughing, and only half paying attention to the fact they were taking our orders. Our wonderful waitress was so patient, and got everyone's order spot on! Dinner was perfect; the atmosphere was full off love, the home style Italian food was comforting. We couldn't have asked for a better evening.
