McDonald's Restaurants - Fort Wayne

The worst mcdonald’s I was, went there to find a steak-balg menu, breakfast burrito and big coffee, waited in line for 20 minutes, all halfway to house to find out that they gave me the wrong sandwich, no burrito and coffee had equal instead of regular zucker, I went back to get the right rows to me. I didn't want to make a scene, so I left. I haven't eaten now and I've been charged $3 for a big coffee. they have not tried to take place for everything, will never go back.

Uses their app to pay for ordering. it is very easy to use and we received our eating much faster than with the drive thru.

Says it opens at 5 AM. Got here at 5:45. They don't open until 6. How hard is it to accurately list your own hours? Every McDonalds in Fort Wayne has this problem.Also, if you want water with your meal at the drive through, you have to pay an extra $0.39 for bottled water. Soda would be included in the meal price, but you literally cannot order a cup of tap water, despite there being a water option if you ordered inside and filled your own cup.

Tried to go through the drive thru which they have 2 but they skipped me 3 times then when I went to order a large caramel frappe they informed me they couldn’t do a frappe, I asked why and the person on the other end said “Because we can’t “ ….Really? That was after I waited 15 minutes to order.Very rude customer service. Will not be back I will drive out of my way 5-10 minutes to go to another one.

If I could rate this place with 1/4 of a star, I would. I stopped by there with my son after he got off work to get him some food. We arrived at 11:00. We left at 11:30 after having moved five car spaces forward and had not even entered into the order booth yet. Two of those five cars had driven off; meaning we actually moved three spaces forward in a half an hour. I called the manager at the store to complain. He said, he's sorry but that's the way it is sometimes. They have trouble getting people to go in on the evening shift. My advise to everyone would be Stay Away From Here After 9 PM.
