Jimmy John's - Fort Wayne

I placed a late order just before closing, and Connor (I hope I spelled that right) and the staff working tonight (11/22) were incredibly accommodating and maintained a positive attitude despite the timing. They were so friendly and did an excellent job. It's becoming rare to find such great customer service, and I truly appreciated their effort! I hope their management acknowledges their hard work.

I ordered delivery just 5 minutes before closing and didn’t realize until after I had placed the order. I felt really bad about it, but the staff was still kind enough to deliver my food. Huge applause to them! However, I think the app should stop taking delivery orders 30 minutes to an hour before closing. It would be better for the workers, as they shouldn’t have to handle orders just 5 minutes before they close.

I've had disappointing experiences with delivery from this restaurant during my last three orders. Today, I placed my order at 10:19 AM and didn't receive it until 11:25 AM. The soda was watered down, and the cold meat was warm. I was really frustrated, especially since I live only 0.2 miles away. Shouldn't the delivery be super fast? I could get my food much quicker through DoorDash. I've decided to stop ordering from this location. However, the store has made an effort to correct their mistakes and has done right by me. Now, I'm actually helping out with deliveries during the lunch rush, and I've decided to give them an extra three stars.

#7 spicy east coast Italian, say no more best sub on the menu. Come here 2 days a week

This location always does an awesome job with my sandwiches, I will definitely keep ordering from here!
