Update: I paid in cash, and the sign was gone—great news! I do wish that when dining in, you could get a burrito served in a bowl. I prefer using utensils while eating, but the foil or paper wrap makes it difficult to cut through the burrito with a knife. It’s not a huge issue, but having that option would be nice. The sign is gone, so you’ve earned your star back. Thank you!
Tonight, for the fourth time in six months, the staff cheerfully prepared a veggie bowl for me without including any vegetables. Yes, you read that right—no veggies at all. Someone else ordered it and brought it to me. And, of course, I couldn't reach them because they don't answer the phone in the evenings. To the front-line staff, here’s a suggestion: If you're out of veggies, please mention it before you start preparing the dish. A veggie bowl should contain veggies! It’s frustrating. And to the manager: I'll be coming by tomorrow for my free replacement meal. I’m really disappointed right now.
I love chipotle so this hurts my heart but i?ve had trouble with this location before. Today they were out of white rice, brown rice, and steak. They also had no utensils out. The employees were also arguing while I was ordering. I feel bad for leaving areview as I never do stuff like this but cmon no rice at Chipotle??
Today, I placed a $104 order for employees' lunch and received a confirmation email from Chipotle, complete with a confirmation number. I sent someone to pick up the order at the designated time of 12:20 PM, but upon arrival, they were told that no order had been received. The staff at the store were unhelpful and directed me to call an 800 number for assistance. This led to a 30-minute phone call, after which I was informed that my refund needed to be approved by a manager. I can't see myself ordering from this company again, especially when feeding a group could potentially disrupt the entire lunch hour for the store. I expected the customer service representative to offer a solution to keep me as a customer, but all I received was an apology for the inconvenience.
