Chick-fil-a - Fort Wayne

This restaurant has become my new favorite spot for chicken. The nuggets are absolutely amazing, and the mac and cheese is the best I've had in the city!

I’ve never been a fan of Chick-fil-A, but I often see videos highlighting their friendliness, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. The girl who took my order was quite rude. However, the other staff members were nice, and the food was good.

Two days ago, I experienced amazing service at the restaurant. Although the chip readers were down, the cashier was kind, patient, and extremely helpful. They genuinely made my visit enjoyable. I will definitely return to see them again!

I don't understand. my spicy chicken sandwich was dry, but the broth was wet. it was a pretty rough combination. my waffelfries were hot pierced, but they were invalid from any crispy. they were hot and floppy. overall, my first experience was not good at any Chick-fil-A. I don't understand why the lines in these restaurants are so long.

The chicken was good and the service was excellent, frankly exemplary by mall standards, but Chick-fil-A's corporate donations to politically-outspoken groups make choosing to buy from them uncomfortable.
