What a great restaurant. We are here to visit and most of the restaurants we visited are overpriced and delivered. That wasn't the case for this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. Prices are more than fair, if at all, they are probably a little too low. The service was incredibly great and the place is a very clean and clean restaurant. We have noticed that there are many locals who repeat customers here and so it is undoubtedly a great choice when you are in the area.
Today in Charlie to order a dinner. The lady working on the front counter was helpful, but the food was terrible. I ordered a ham and mushroom Calzone and a lasagna with sausage. When I came home, I opened the packages and to my surprise there are no mushrooms in the calzone and my lasagna was a container of juicy linguine with two sad pieces of mushy eggplant on it. I called the restaurant to make her nice to know that there was a mistake in the order and instead of offering it to make it right, the answer was I know that I wrote it right. There was no offer to make it right or so I ended the call. I will not get here because of the lack of customer service and the inability to get an order right. Also the calzone was basically just a burned piece of dough filled with a bunch of cheese. For over $30, I expect a real order. I will never go back there again and I recommend that others follow me.
The food is good, you get a lot for the price. The gyro meat isn?t fresh cut off a shawarma. If it was they would get 5 stars from me. Either place your order online or in person. I tried calling and was on hold for 15 minutes than hung up on and they didn?t answer again.
Excellent food and service (5 star), however as soon as you walk in you smell smoke instead of the aroma of great food. It really destroys the atmosphere and experience, so tell the chef to smoke out back instead of in the kitchen!
