Our server, Kathy, was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. The owner also took the time to check in with us to see how we were enjoying our experience. If I could, I would dine here every day!

We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed an amazing meal. Our group ordered the black amberjack and chicken capps, both of which were excellent. The ambiance of the restaurant felt like a museum, which added to the overall appeal. Our server, Cassie, provided exceptional service. I would say this is the best restaurant on the Gulf Coast!

Don't forget to bring your manners; the genuine hospitality of the staff is truly worth every moment spent here. With a large parking lot and outdoor seating available, it's convenient for everyone. Now, let's talk about the food. The Reuben sandwich is the benchmark for all Reubens in the South—perfectly crafted and simply exquisite. The coleslaw is a refreshing complement to the meal. I also tried the fried shrimp sandwich accompanied by ham and bean soup, and an open rib served with a salad topped with house balsamic dressing. Every dish was incredible, reminiscent of the culinary delights you'd hope to find at a wedding or a high-end restaurant, yet without the need for formal attire. The clientele is comfortably dressed in beach shorts, stylish summer shirts, and beautiful sundresses, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The dessert options are delightful, and we couldn't resist sharing a decadent brownie. For an added treat, there’s a museum upstairs, providing a lovely, shaded escape from the summer heat. Pair that with some sweet tea and a generous dose of Southern charm, and you've got a truly memorable dining experience!

We had a wonderful experience to eat there. The service was great as well as the food. White bed linen at an affordable price. We talked to the owner Tom and he was gracious as possible. He was a wealth of information and told us how Magnolia Grill came and everything about this historic house where all this wonderful food is served. Can't wait to come back!

This place has the biggest and best softshell crab sandwich I've ever eaten and I've had a bunch all over the US. The atmosphere is great and the people are super friendly. The deserts are second to none. This is one of our favorite restaurants when we snow bird as it is always priced right.
