A bar is only as good as its staff and the staff at the Salty Duck deserves a 10 outta 10. The atmosphere gets a 10 outta 10 too. We went to the salty duck while at the beach for a bachelorette weekend and immediately upon walking in it was obvious we were the odd ducks out in a bar full of locals. We all questioned our decision worried that it would not be the greatest experience. I 'm glad we stayed because it was the best experience. Matt, DJ, and John were fantastic bartenders who made the evening so much fun. The doorman was helpful and super nice. The music was perfect and fit the vibe. The beer was cold and with a great selection you can 't go wrong. I will definitely go back when visiting the area. Easily the best bar I 've been to in a long time. Went for the drinks and stayed for the people.

We asked some natives where the local’s spots were, and they said Salty Duck, so we wanted to check it out. The place looks like it was decorated by a middle aged, single, white male; but it delivered on what I was expecting. Plenty of beers on tap and plenty of games to do. TVs and projectors playing all of the sports. Nice switch up from all of the fun yet sometimes horrifying tourist traps

Has PLENTY of beer on tap. Neat atmosphere in the heart of Fort Walton Beach. Not bad pricing for a tourist area as well.
