Chili's Grill Fort Walton Beach

When we came in, the host was very unchalant and not very welcoming. She didn't smile or even turned off the host booth. She told us to wait outside (due to COVID), but just a tip when you say that people outside are waiting at 45 degrees weather, please be more polite.

Our server took forever but when he showed up, he REALLY showed up. He gave excellent customer service and special attention! My family will definitely go back!

Previous times I?ve not been satisfied with the food or service (it?s been a couple of years since my last visit) but last tonight was delicious. Brooke was so amazing and so personable. We were extremely tired from work and the margaritas and food hit the spot.

?I went to the Chili's in Fort Walton Beach tonight. We have had a pretty bad 2020 (as a lot of us have). In August my Dad passed away, my oldest child was very close to his Grandpa. Tonight he turned 18, we took him to dinner and I told the waitress that it was his birthday in a very sneaky way. She was able to make everything amazing. Between Haley and Brandy, we had a great night. My son actually gave us a gift on his birthday! WE GOT TO SEEM HIM SMILE for the first time in 2 months!!!!! Thank you, Haley and Brandy, and the team at Chili's! You guys did amazing and we couldn't have been more blessed to have such a great waitress and all the other staff there tonight!!!!! THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES AND MORE! You will all hold a special place in our hearts from here to the end of time!!!!!?

Great steak and chicken fajitas. Fast service and a clean restaurant.
