Contribuiți la feedbackThis restaurant is excellent! We visited for lunch and it filled up quickly, but the staff were really quick and efficient in seating us, taking our orders, and serving our food. I enjoyed the Hibachi steak and fried rice, as well as the volcano sushi roll and crispy California roll. Everything was delicious, and the portions were enormous! I took home a to-go box, so I’ll have enough for dinner tonight. I will definitely be coming back again!
This is a place you absolutely must visit! Everything was fantastic—truly everything! There isn’t much in terms of service since it’s primarily self-service. The premises were very clean, and the staff members were friendly. The menu offers a wide variety without being overwhelming. If you have the opportunity, be sure to stop by; it’s definitely worth it!
The service was excellent, with several servers attending to us during our visit. We were seated quickly, but the wait for our food took a little longer than usual since it was a busy Thursday night. Our drinks were continuously refilled, and the kids' meals were very affordable. The food is consistently delicious!
The food was delicious; we ordered rolls that were very flavorful. The atmosphere is pleasant, but the table used for packing take-out orders is somewhat distracting. It would be better if it were located in a back area.
We approached the counter to check the menu displayed on the wall, but after a few minutes, we decided to look up the menu online since we needed more time to decide. However, upon accessing the website, we discovered that you must register as if placing a takeout order just to view the menu. I went to the order counter to ask for a physical menu and was directed to a table at the hostess station, so I had to help myself to one. We ended up ordering four sushi rolls, a rice plate, some gyoza, and squid salad, totaling $120 before tip. This is about what we typically spend on sushi. The gyoza was good, but after a 20-minute wait, our sushi rolls arrived without the squid salad. I inquired about it and received it about five minutes later. The cucumbers in the salad were delicious, while the squid was decent, but the cucumbers really stood out. Unfortunately, the sushi rolls were underwhelming. We regularly dine at Okinawa, Soi Bistro, and Domo Cafe, and the quality of the sushi rolls at those places is significantly better for the price. Here, rolls that consist mostly of rice with a little filling inside but nothing on top typically cost under $10 elsewhere; here, they run around $15. Most rolls at other restaurants for that price come topped with a nice slice of fish or something similar, but not here. Additionally, the rolls were smaller in quantity compared to those at other restaurants—there was no shortage of rice, but we received fewer pieces than expected. Overall, the value for money just isn’t there. The fish quality was good, but the quantity was lacking. As for the rice plate, which was supposed to be fried rice, it had no egg—just peas, carrots, and corn? They should definitely reconsider including corn; its color doesn’t mimic the richness of eggs. My husband, who loves food, couldn’t even finish his rice. This restaurant is okay but ultimately overpriced and lacking in service. The staff were polite, but their interactions felt minimal. I doubt I’ll return; it wasn’t horrible, but it certainly wasn’t great, and it won’t make it onto my list of go-to sushi places.
