Cheyenne makes amazing teas that keep me going all day long! Her shakes are delicious and keep me from snacking or even eating for hours!She has helped me loose over 20 pounds so far, and I feel so much better than I did when I was snacking and using coffee and energy drinks to get by.The place is so beautiful, I love the atmosphere and location. I love stopping in for a tea and shake with my fur baby then walking him around the beautiful buildings.Yes Cheyenne is my daughter, but that does not take away from the fact that her place is wonderful and a great place for your breakfast or lunch wake up, or afternoon pick me up.

Nova and her staff are awesome! The teas taste great! The shakes are awesome too! Neither one are gritty. She does an awesome job making sure the product is dissolved well so that they have no gritty taste.I normally don’t like protein shakes, but these taste wonderful! I can’t taste the protein.Also, her prices are the best compared to the other places in the the area.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Great staff, great shakes and great teas. Highly recommend. Very clean.
