The cook, Austin is great! He deserves a raise. It is fast, happy and a great advantage for the company. The cashier and the guy who made the frits were both rude, but Austin was great! Always great food!

They have amazing nachories they even tasted good cold. This is definitely hard to do. So Charleys hates you. I still have a bad experience there. Stop the good work.

My favorite place to get my special fries! Perfect quantities of bacon, cheese, ranch and bbq to complement each other well. I have not found anyone who can make my special better and with the nurturing customer service I get every time. The only reason why it is 4 stars is because some days, certain workers will speak very loud about customers or go home. I understand how I've been working fast food for a long time, but a customer feels like a waste of time to them or rude, even if they are nice, tends to leave a bad emotional taste in food from the occasionally bad experiences.

Fantastic eating. Fries were very hot, the cream was one of the best I had. only reason for the lack of star is that they gave me soda instead of juice, they fixed it without hesitation.

I eat here all the time and never have a problem, I just ordered a large fry and a large coke for my munch break and I didnt get a large fry i asked for ketchup the man said there was none, So I asked for some fry salt and they said they aren't allowed to give it out. When ive been ordering the same thing the past two weeks. Then he crumpled up my receipt and threw it away.
