Zippy's Nimitz - Fort Shafter

Parking: Lots of parking. Kid-friendliness: Not much kids observed.

Clean restrooms and clean tables and floor. Tess was awesome with my 3 grandchildren and patient as the decided on their food selections and served food still piping hot. We ate the typical breakfast fare: Belgium Waffles, Zippy Omelettes and Korean Fried Chicken.

Server on the take out side was an idiot. Kept talking over me when I was asking for napkins. I asked her for a tray to carry my food items and she gave me a drink carrier. I was not given my zip pac and her response was I put it right on the top. I went to confirm that I did not have my zip pac. She again responded I put it right on the top. I invited her to go and look at our table to verify there is no zip pac. She gave me a face and said no I believe you but I put it right at the top. I told all it 's obviously not there so you didn 't put it at the top. Then she says all someone must have taken it so here I 'll give you someone else 's. She was a complete moron!

Kinda bummed out about this placed. Was really excited to dine-in but ended up leaving. Walked in with a family of 5 and checked in with Teresa. While we were waiting, another family of 6 walked in. The Hostess' ended up pulling the family of 6 first. When my dad saw this, he told us he knew something was up when there were a lot of tables open and we waited for about 10 minutes. As we walked out, my mom decided to let the manager (Desiree) know about the incident. She stated it was supposed to be first come first serve too. My mom also let the 2 hostess know on Diner side she’d be speaking to the manager and as she walked away they laughed. Wow. Just disappointed in the service. I hope they work on their check-in process better. Maybe take names and a list. Desiree was really sweet about it and just apologized. Won't be coming back to this location though.

Long wait. 3-4 people working the front but 1 person taking people's orders and 1 person giving people their orders. They need a Mahi Mahi fish plate cuz I had to order a Zip Pack meal with Mahi Mahi only and a piece of chicken. Wheelchair accessibility: Yeah
