Bathroom dirty and disgusting water leaking out of the toilet

My nearest go to SBucs. Small. Often crowded. And really noisy. They do good biz here. Parking abundant. Nice staff. Hard to get a table sometimes.

ALWAYS HAVE 20 workers and they all just look scrambled. Coffee takes no less than 20 min even if you mobile order. They are slow, coffee is ALWAYS cold or like warm. I can 't count how many times I 've asked them to remake it. I asked why it was taking so long the manager said someone called out . I counted the workers there 's was ELEVEN workers. ELEVEN!!!!! This is just embarrassing. Management should be embarrassed of how they run this store. I go to arvo and spend more just because of this and this Starbucks is next to my house... they are a mess
