Mcdonald's - Fort Shafter

Same as ever the works there just don't know how to satisfy to satisfy there customers that's why they always getting problems.

Food wise it is your typical McDonalds. Ate here once and the food prep was fine. it is in the middle of an open market area so a lot of foot traffic. Most of the available seating is upstairs. It is also downtown so it closes quite early which this area then appears to become a homeless hangout.

Cool thing was order downstairs and eat upstairs. There are a lot of homeless around.

We ordered the $3.50 bundle (double cheeseburger and fries) and it was hot and so tasty. We also ordered a unique item called the Haupia Pie. That cost $1.69. It was different. I ordered it once. We went to this location twice. It was beside Walmart and Ross. There is limited seating downstairs and more seating upstairs. The view is of the Aloha tower upstairs and there is some nice Hawaii murals upstairs with a picture of the Aloha tower. The first time we went was excellent but the next time there was a very strong terrible odor! But it may have been from some people in the restaurant.

If you are in a hurry and want to eat some McDonalds, this will work. The menu has expanded but the classics are still here.
