Marble Slab was absolutely delicious. We had oatmeal milk ice cream which was amazing and I opted to add lots of nuts in mine. The kids had mint and my son has strawberry banana with fizzy treats inside. The location is beautiful, nice and clean very well kept. The ice cream selection is great. I do wish they had more option for vegans and lactose intolerant people so perhaps a lactose free vanilla which I have seen at other locations or a sorbet as an option just to be more inclusive of those with diatery restrictions.If you are going with kids DO NOT GET THE SMALL. They will not finish it! It's a lot so I would recommend asking them for the kid scoop. Now the kid scoop is not on the menu which I find very peculiar. They want you to buy the small so they don't show you the kid scoop option. This I find as a big negative as we should be able to see all options as the customer. I would hope that in the future they show customers all the options as it's not fair for you to make a decision if you don't have all the information.As an adult the small is adequate and the waffle cones are a must. If you have little one opt for the cup so it's not as messy. I would also suggest that you have napkins and all at each table instead of constantly having to get up and get it at the front counter. Minor inconvenience but adds to the experience. Especially when you have a bunch of kids there. It's annoying having to grab napkins every so often. It would be nice if they were on the table.I am rating Marble Slab Creamery as a company 4 but the service here I was a bit disappointed in. I will be emailing the location directly as I wasn't happy with it but it's not fair to judge the entire establishment because of one incident however it has to be addressed.That's all from me! This is the best ice cream seller in Fort Saskatchewan. I went there and was got so many flavours. I love this place.
