Hanabi Fusion Japanese Cuisine

The food was great again. The Chirashi bowl was plentiful and tasty. The rolls were also colourful and tight. The service was as nice as ever. One complaint was that the floor might not have been washed in a while. It felt sticky when we walked. Yuck.

We have been to other similar restaurants in Edmonton and Fort Saskatchewan Hanabi equals them hands down if not better. We go there an average of once per month. Have taken family & friends and have not had one disappointment. Couples, Family, Friends, and takeout.

Stopped in while on business with a colleague and very glad that we did. The service was a little bit slow and the food took a little bit of time to come out of the kitchen, but it was worth the wait. My colleague ordered an entre that came with a bowl of Miso, whereas I just ordered a deep fried spicy roll and some Nigiri. While we waited for our food, the waitress brought his Miso as well as a bowl for me on the house because of the wait. All the sushi was wonderful - nice big portions of Nigiri and the deep fried roll was delicious.We both found the atmosphere of the restaurant to be very relaxing and the water fountain next to our table provided a source of entertainment to a couple of weary travelers.Next time I'm in Fort Saskatchewan, this place will be high on my list to return to for another wonderful meal.

I've given this place 4 tries. the food is ok. some interesting rolls, not my personal favorite but decent. Do not go here if you dont have at least 2 hours to eat. I've left during a meal, drove someone to Edm Airport and back to pick up the rest of my meal.

I've been here several times over the past few months and have tried a little bit of everything (dumplings, salads, bento box, miso soup, sashimi, nigiri, maki). It has all been absolutely delicious; you won't be disappointed. I've never had an issue with service, but to be honest, I've visited during off hours though I can attest that ordering take-out has been hassle free.
