Demon Diner - Fort Riley

Generally there's a good selection of food. Currently more limited because of covid-19. They generally seem to have a Sunday brunch, but not always. On Thursday, they generally serve comfort food for lunch such as ribs, macaroni and cheese, cornbread, fried catfish, etc. They won the top dining facility competition in 2019 and 2020. If you have a chance to visit on things giving when this competition takes place, they usually have an assortment of foods and many people wear their dress uniforms. They offer to go plates as well if necessary.

Terribly dry chicken... about as dry as an more cracker but everything else is pretty good

This is also a quiet and decent place to sit and eat. And is a very clean environment Vegetarian options: They really don't have a big selection of vegetarian food besides the salad that I know of.
