Not sure why? The restaurant itself is closed to the public? No shields on the door or window?

Terrible customer service. Managers do not care about customer satisfaction and need to retrain. Would not recommend this place at all.

Horrible ,Service BAD the workers were very rude when i was being very nice about them giving me the wrong drink and proceeded to be very rude. This is not a way to treat a customer. This used to be my favorite dunkin donuts. So disappointed and worst of all my drink was cold.

Nasty! Disgusting! They should just close it. They put regular sugar in iced coffee!!! Common sense tells u that sugar doesn?t take to cold beverages! Liquid sugar dumbdumb!
