Domino's Pizza - Fort Oglethorpe

Received wrong order and when I called about it they refused refund and replacement. This has happened several times from wrong orders to over cooked pizza and under cooked chicken. Why is this store in operation? What is the problem with getting my ordercorrect? Is there an actual manager? I highly recommend going to Chickamauga store. Never have any problems there. Maybe aprotest is in order. Horrible Horrible store.

It's been years since I've had domino's pizza, I really remember it was much better than the pizza I had this week. It's seemed bland.

Order #1815 was never delivered. No knock on the door. No cell phone photo of the delivery. Nothing. Calls to the store manager was too busy and refused to talk. I would not recommend this place!

I have ordered several times with my card online. This time I tried and it keeps saying error please call store. So I called the store. They said nothing they could do about it. So I spend my $75 dollars somewhere else. Sad because I like Dominos pizza.Wish the manager could have helped me out with the situation but she said nothing can be done about it. Please try to fix thisproblem. I love your pizzas and sandwiches. Thank you.

The manager David is rude and the worst example of customer service I have ever seen. We don 't expect fine cuisine, but have ordered frequently for the convenience of having our food delivered. We have always had good experiences with the deliverydrivers and the quality of the food has been acceptable. However, after this experience with David, I do not foresee everordering from this store again.
