Contribuiți la feedbackI ordered an 8 piece wing combo thru uber eats. My French fries were burnt and the drink was wrong. I tried going thru uber eats to get even a partial refund and was denied. I even contacted the manager at this wing stop location and I was told to wait until August 10 when the Lehigh Acres store opens and she will remake my order. I thought this was absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 10 days for any kind of resolve. I was going to order from their wing competitor and chose to order from them I should have followed my first mind. Needless to say I will not be ordering from the Fort Myers or Lehigh Acres location after this incident.
I actually like wingstop, but the service at this one is awful. They don’t answer their phones, and are blatantly rude to customers. I can’t tell you how many times I have wanted to eat here, but decided not to, just because of the hassle of their bad service.
We waited 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon for 2 six-piece meals. The soda machine had no ice. The fries were dry and cold. Wings dry. Not coming here again.

Came in to order wing meals and the cook I see him go to the freezer to get chicken to put it in the fryer but no glove he grabs hands full of chicken with no gloves and throws them in the fryer then turns around and grad the ice bucket without washing his hands then go back to cooking food after that without washing his hands sooo gross and they refuse to give me a refund.... I would not recommend this place to anyone I even have video
