Steak 'n Shake - Fort Myers

The staff is really rude lasts a long time to get your food I have gone with no one in normal business hours and I have waited for over 30 minutes, just to get a single hamburger and a sequence of fries of service is some of the worst in fast food I have ever seen

Let me begin by absolutely loving Steak and Shake to this day. Order the chili Mac 5 way and found a HUGE error in it. And I mean HUGE. I wish I could upload a picture to show. Will Steak and Shake never eat again.

Very dirty. parking is dirty. very rude, barely English spoken . not worth whatever they get.

No normal @Steak Shake because I don't eat meat. I called my granddaughter today. Sent inward, ordered from the $4 menu and children's menu and got 2 shakes. Spent $17 for a cheeseburger, a grilled cheese sandwich, 2 shakes. Not a freak in the bag. Are the Shakes so expensive???? I would have left a tip if I knew the Pommes weren't there. $4 menu said included.

The Food is 5 stars everytime, if you like classic greasy diner food. And I say that with love and respect. Real Butter and Beef and Calories; Real Food. The Shakes are the best in town and you can never go wrong with a Frisco Melt and Cheese Fries. I would give them 5 stars but I can 't believe their dining room isn 't open yet as of 1-2021. That means drive through only but they move pretty quick.
