Contribuiți la feedbackThe lack of customer service was disappointing. Instead of attending to customers, the staff seemed focused on fulfilling his orders. Those who only ordered a cup of coffee were neglected, as the staff prioritized making lattes and other drinks. I couldn't even get a sugar for my coffee. Overall, the service was very bad and the establishment was poorly managed, especially compared to other nearby restaurants in Orlando.
Great crew that is always happy to greet you. Fast service and orders are always as you requested.
I waited for over 20 minutes in the drive-thru before finally getting to the ordering window at 3:01, only to be told that they couldn't take my order. I was very disappointed, especially since there was only one car behind me. I'm not sure why they couldn't make an exception and fulfill my order.
The personal spoke no different than to take their order bad customer service, the load was so unorganized, all the different troops were simply scattered over the counter and who knows how long they sit! dairy must be cooled. all employees and the hygienic considering washing the various dishes between the orders, I will not go back to this place. it should be reworked or closed, I have never seen a diet that I was not satisfied with. my carmel macchiato was all milk and when I asked to make it again, I was told it will be a long waiting period and so they are made.
Typically a 5 star store, but I placed my mobile order with errands to run with hopes on running into the store and grabbing it and continuing on with my errands. However, they put a sign on there door that they’ve closed the lobby because they’re short staffed, which I understand, but maybe shut the mobile order ahead app down? Like it was yesterday? Because now I have to wait in line either way and there is no way to cancel. Kinda inconvenient
