Pollo Tropical - Fort Myers

By far the worst pollen trophy I've ever been. I have ordered these steak bowls, but where are they? they never have zilantro garlic sauce. Twice are brown and soggy. I tried to complain, and no one never took the phone. they have to wait forever in the line and then come home and they are missing food. pls don't go here. Eating and customer service is terrible. if I could give them zero stars, I would. went online and a complain to take and of course not answer.

I went to grab a bit before going home it was approximately 9:50pm on a Friday night. When I got home the rice was hard and crunchy. First off everything I asked for “we’re out of that”. The black beans and corn was a very very small amount. I usually enjoy the food but tonight it was disgusting and trouble. I would not send ANY there to eat.

Horrible place. we went here tonight via drive thru and paid for everything we ordered and we were only given half our order. now the restaurant won't answer the phone!!! called 3 times!! the chicken dinner we did receive is aweful!awful!! the meat is super dry and nasty!! not a good experience and have been ripped off!! very unhappy!!

The food was very good and priced good also The Pork over tostones was amaxing and so is the 1/2 chicken with vegetable yellow rice. They have a seasonal coconut eggnog pie or cake coquito and its rich but real yummy also. The guava BBQ sauce is delish as well as their cilantro garlic dressing and other sides. Service was friendly and everyone was hard at work.

I gave him two stars because it was technically a food, but hardly qualified. I ordered the grilled chicken avocado salad first. it had no avocado for it at all. only muddy, low grade, guacamole, which has already been brown. the whole tastes disgusting and it is filled with the bottom of the barrel salat that they never on their own salat, when they made one for themselves, it was literally all white ends, hardly any real green at all, the sose is disgusting, I don't know what I even call it different from that, and how to screw them limonade? bitter and evil. I was thinking about complaining, but for what? so can they give me avocado to dress my disgusting salate? No, I'm good. I just want people who actually have functional taste buds to be aware of what they get when they eat here.
