Pollo Tropical - Fort Myers

We wanted to eat some quick food at our last day in fort meyers and that seemed like a good place to go. the service when we came in was not the best tbh, it.

The service and eating are terrible. this is the next pollen troopical of my house. I always try to give them a chance, but I regret it every time.

The worst pollo tropical ever! they told me that my order would wait a 15 to 20 minutes, so I waited, koka, to find out that I had to sit and wait.

Do not drive through workers my order right, they have accused me of a boneless grilled chicken breast plate and given me a chicken jam, I would not have been frustrated if they had at least accused me correctly.

I had Pollo Tropical last year with my daughter in Orlando I've been craving it ever since! It was soooo good! However, the one I visited in Fort Myers totally killed that craving. There was maybe 2 or 3 clean tables in the place and it wasn't busy so no excuse for that, the shrimp was not cooked all the way and tasted weird. It was pretty much a waste as I threw out most of what I had. Chain restaurants are a hit or miss and this one was totally a miss.
