Panda Express - Fort Myers

I ordered the Kung Pao chicken with fried rice and added a steak supplement. On the positive side, the dish was fresh, spicy, well-seasoned, and overall quite good. The fried rice came with a boiled egg and carrots, which complemented the meal nicely. However, I found the total cost to be a bit steep at around $11, especially since the steak add-on was an extra $1.50.

The food is consistently delicious, but I had to wait in line for 40 minutes, which is just ridiculous. I nearly lost patience waiting for my food to be prepared since they had run out and were focusing on completing online orders. I really wish they would plan better for their busiest times or refrain from accepting online orders on those days.

They were busy, but the employees remained calm. Even though the line was long, the employees served everyone in a timely fashion. Meanwhile paying attention to the customer and their orders. It was strange that there wasn?t music playing in the background, but it was still very peaceful. I was very happy with my food, and how it tasted. The portions were good, and I didn?t feel like I was being robbed on the serving size. I would definitely come back and recommend eating here if you?re look for Chinese food that doesn?t taste greasy.

You messed up my order! I clearly requested half chow mein and half fried rice, but I only received chow mein. On the bright side, the food was delicious!
