Matts Diner - Fort Myers

I ordered a "philosophical" cheesesteak loaded with peppers, onions, and mushrooms, along with a cup of homemade chicken noodle soup and fries, all for just $10. I must say, the chicken noodle soup is some of the best I've had in a long time. The vegetables are freshly hand-cut, the broth is flavorful without being overly salty—truly wonderful! The French fries are seasoned perfectly and cooked to a delightful crisp. The cheesesteak, served on an 11-12 inch roll (I measured it!), was delicious, although I found the roll to be a bit too soft for my taste. The hand-cut onions, peppers, and mushrooms add a nice touch of rustic charm. Once you add the melted cheese, you’ve got a meal large enough for two! My server, Nancy, did a fantastic job. They serve breakfast all day, and I believe they also have a limited delivery service. I highly recommend giving them a try!

The restaurant offers an excellent selection, including all-day breakfast! We dine out frequently, and we were very pleased with our meal. The omelettes were delicious, and the bacon was cooked to perfection. The dining area is extremely clean—there's no carpet—and the bathroom is spotless as well. The service was great! I highly recommend giving it a try to support this wonderful business.

We visited for the first time on a Sunday morning after church, and we highly recommend it to our friends. Irene was our server, and the food came out very quickly. The coffee was excellent, and the omelet and home fries were exceptionally delicious. The toast had just the right amount of butter. We're already looking forward to dinner on our next visit. Irene made sure to refill our coffee and checked in frequently to ensure we had everything we needed.

This is the BEST Diner at all. The food was very delicious and the waitress and waitress were very polite and can hold a friendly conversation with the customers. I have to say that this place is better than Mel's Diner. Great food, the portion size was worth it, and the prices of food are fair. I would recommend to everyone to try this place, you will not be disappointed!

This place is actually extremely underrated. The country omelette was so good and their French toast is fresh and delicious. Coffee is also good. Staff is extremely nice. Would recommend if you're looking for a place to have breakfast or lunch on a budget.
