I don't understand why the chocolate powder they use must be sweetened. it's too sweet.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, mainly because of one employee. The young girl at the register was great, but a staff member they brought in from the back to assist her really should not be in a customer service role. Her demeanor was unprofessional, and she seemed better suited for a quieter job away from the public. I didn't catch her name, but it was around 10:04 when I noticed her behavior. I might consider reporting this to the company because it's clear that this individual needs some training. Just because you think something, it doesn’t mean you should say it. Honestly, I was left speechless by her attitude.

The service is very polite and quick, and this is still my favorite spot for a quick coffee! They offer a wide variety of flavors and unique drinks!

I visited the area between terminals C and D today around 5:30 PM, which I realize is a busy time. There was a long line, and the staff were very slow, which was frustrating. People were leaving the line in frustration. Overall, both employees were quite unhelpful. I ordered a chocolate glazed donut but received a chocolate-frosted one instead, and the donuts I tried had only three ice cubes in them and didn’t taste fresh. Despite my efforts to be polite and understanding, the staff remained rude throughout the experience.

Iced coffee mocha ordered. Cold coffee with cream received. Server works cash register with glove on and then makes drink with same glove on.
