Crave - Fort Myers

If I could? ve there were no stars I would?ve! Food disgusting service was like McDonald?s. We ordered shrimps and greases and it was so mean that we told the waiter that he told the manager as we changed the order by saying no tomatoes that she was not the meal. When we sat there waiting for the ticket, another lady looked for her card, I had my card on the table right in front of me the waitress asking me if that was her card for you, not my waitress?t paid. Come to find out that was the manager. I will never recommend this place to my dog. The food was burnt French toast. I'm just ready all these reviews and saw the pictures and my strawberry mimosa was in a very small cheap 4oz cup, but these people have big wine glasses. I wrote this about my social media, that's not how you run a business. If you don't like Burt seasonal food evil service, this place is perfect. I'm staying at the peasant market. I'm guessing, but since they made me pay for the court, James Tip was. He was confused about everything!

We arrived to the restaurant to find there was a 15 20 minute wait no problem! However, we ended up waiting for nearly 40 minutes to be seated. We also observed people who arrived after us being seated before us. After placing our order, my pregnant friend asked if she could have her toast from her meal a bit earlier. Without asking any follow up questions, the waitress just said No quite curtly and walked away. We would have happily paid for an extra side of toast if prompted. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food to arrive which left much to be desired. In the time that we waited, our coffees were never refilled and the waters we asked for, never arrived. The potatoes were so burnt and greasy (which the waitress later us was due to being cooked with sugar... ? . The cheese with our eggs was not melted AT ALL. Also, the scrambled eggs were very runny, unappealing and flavorless. My other friend noticed a tiny fly in the jelly (when we told the waitress, she did not apologize or express interest in resolving the issue . The waitress never checked on us during the meal and when she came to clear our plates, she noticed one of the plates had not been touched. She asked if we wanted a box to go (we declined and she asked how the food was. We expressed our unhappiness with the quality and she cleared the plates without apologizing. All in all, we will never be back. The food is extremely overpriced and underwhelming. After waiting almost an hour to have food on front of us, we were disappointed to say the least. All we were left to CRAVE was good customer service and an edible meal.

My first time at Crave and I will return! The food was absolutely delicious, full of taste and reasonable price. The staff was amazing, especially the small employee. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a good breakfast with a spin!

I have been to Crave several times in the last five years and I leave every time satisfied with my meal and service. The servers are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They take into account special nutritional needs. The brunch menu is full of dishes to try. My favorite is the Sausage Lover! Delicious and always enough to take home.

Crave leaves you craving for good food and decent service! Horrible brunch experience. Food should not have ever left the kitchen! Corn beef hash was burnt to an inedible degree. Hash brown looked like it had been forgotten on the stove and filet was dry and dehydrated beyond the temperature requested. When we shared our concern with Val our waitress regarding the overcooked and burnt dishes, she proceeded with saying that?s how the food is supposed to be cooked. Val made us feel unwelcome and as if serving us was a nuisance to her.
