I've been to many chick fil a's before and I completely understand this is a super busy location but... never once have I had bad service from a employee that has to say about 5 words to me she was extremely rude and didn't even ask me what I wanted or anything just stared at me. I can't say I've ever not enjoyed their food either, but when I went there a couple days ago I've never disliked their chicken sandwich and fries that much before. Both the sandwich and fries were completely unseasoned, the sandwich was extremely soggy even though I ate it about 15 mins after getting it. Overall very dissatisfied with this location I've never once had any issues with chick fil a before

We are a Chick-fil-A family. Everywhere we travel, we go to Chick-fil-A. We drove 20 minutes from our hotel to get to this location. The customer service at this location was so AWFUL, even my 8 year old commented on the employees behavior. The girl taking our order had to stand outside in a hot parking lot (the feels like that day was 103 degrees taking orders. She was miserable and acted like she was miserable (I would have been too. Our Chick-fil-A gives employees a huge covering and fans that blow mist on them so they don 't get overheated. It was so horrible to see her standing in a miserably hot parking lot! Then we get to the window. They tried to give us the wrong food about 3 times. 3 employees stood in the window bickering and arguing about our food while we sat there and waited. And joking that they were all in training which obviously, they weren 't and it wasn 't funny. Finally about 5 minutes later we got our food, we couldn 't wait to get out of there. Slowest most painful drive through experience ever. However, once we got our food everything was surprisingly fresh and great! We were surprised how great the food was after how awful the drive through was. I have never seen such rude, inconsiderate, immature Chick-fil-A employees. Definitely not the my pleasure polite experience you 'd expect from Chick-fil-A. Someone needs to give this location some serious training.

Long lines for the drive. I stopped going here for this reason. otherwise were eating and prices very good. Sunday closed for religious reasons. can't beat these tasty waffleries. the chicken sandwiches are very humid and good. salad with fruit, internal control and order, good. try it.

One of the slower/care-free chickfil a’s I have ever visited. every time I go, although the running gear, although they choose, have no order takers outside and only use the loudspeaker box. that slows the time immense. it should be fast to eat. if I wanted to wait 20-30 minutes to get food, I would go to a restaurant. as someone who has worked for years and years on a girl, the lack of care and effort that is put in this is sad. Take your money and go to another girl.
