Pelican's Snoballs - Fort Mill

Don't even bother going here, they don't open at noon I've been sitting here for over 20 minutes there is a line and not an employee in sight.

So sad! We frequent here at least once a week have always had amazing experiences but tonight was different. We ordered 2 kiddie snow cones and I decided to try a different flavor than normal fruity pebbles. My boyfriends came out first and then mine came out second I did not hear what they called out but assumed it was mine. I started eating and realized it did not seem like Fruity Pebbles which is what we ordered but I had never had it so who am I to know? I walk up to the window to ask about the flavors because one I liked the other I could tell was grape which I am not a huge fan of. Whoever was working then informed me I did not order fruity pebbles instead I ordered pretty princess. 1. Those do not sound alike at all 2. I would have never ordered something that was half grape. After she informed me she closed the window. I understand they were busy but I paid for something and did not get it. So upsetting. I hole a mama her sees this, Everton should be trained on why to do when an order is messed up. I don’t think I would of cared as much if they would of said sorry.

Perfect place for a very sweet treat! People are so kind and understanding, Perfect place to relax and eat your favorite treats.

OMG this place is an absolute treat! We went 7 days in a row after trying it. I can only day great things about Pelicans and the atmosphere. There are fun games and relaxing places to sit outside. The Lady that manages it is a Gem and she always makes us feel welcome and remembered. I will always support this place as long as I live in Fort Mill SC. My favorite is the Mojito with Whip while my daughter loves the Unicorn with Whip and Fairy Dust! Magical!

Overall, a great place for summer treat. Lots and lots of flavors, including dye and sugar free options as well. Great place for all ages, and fair prices for the size of the snowcone. Would highly highly recommend the Orange Pineapple flavor!
