Marco's Pizza - Fort Mill

We ordered three pizza dishes and another pizza. While my husband was enjoying his pizza bowl, he found a hair in it. I reached out to the restaurant about the issue, and they offered us a free cheesy bread as a gesture. However, the manager also mentioned that he doesn't need to wear a hairnet while making the pizza, which I found quite concerning. I personally would never serve food under those conditions.

Eating is fine, but you said that we could not be on the terrace with our dog after we had already placed our order and paid. I get it some businesses don?t want pets at all on their property and that?s perfect, but some previous knowledge (name on the fence or somewhere) of it would be nice before an order and pay.

I've had some of the worst service ever here. I called to place an order, but the system was down and wouldn't accept it, even though I was ready to pay. When I arrived in person, I had to wait while someone else prioritized phone calls ahead of my order. Once I finally placed my order, the service was painfully slow and unfriendly. When I received my two pizzas, both were incorrect, with missing items and wrong toppings. This was my first experience at Marco's, and I'm not sure I’ll give it another chance—definitely not at this location!

I was exhausted and ordered her medium, pepperoni, sourage and mushroom pizza. One side of the wings, too. As you can see, I couldn't wait to dig in? It came hot and super!

The pizza was quite enjoyable. It had a great flavor and the amount of tomato sauce was just right, which I really appreciated. I ordered both the cheese pizza and the veggie one. The crust was excellent—nice and not dry or hard at all. I would definitely return. While it may not be the absolute best, it was definitely good.
