Chick-fil-a - Fort Mill

The restaurant has very friendly staff, mostly seniors. It is very comfortable and I love this place! Of course, the food is delicious.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent as always, but the location made it very difficult to come and go quickly. It took an hour to travel from the station, order our food, and return. The location is great, though, so it may have just been the time of day that made it challenging to navigate.

We always enjoy stopping at Chick-fil-A on our way somewhere, but recently I have been disappointed with the sizing of the nuggets. In a 30-piece nugget order, some nuggets are a normal size while others are so small that they seem to be missing any chicken at all. It appears that if customers are paying a premium price, they should at least receive what they are paying for. This is especially important for larger orders that come with a higher price tag.

Other than me a little confused with the express-line direction and re-orientation of the traffic flow food and service was great. Even if very busy, they have cut the traffic flow. I think maybe there is a future in the Traffic Engineering School as a co-worker for CFA. I mean Disney (Disney Way Management/Team Builder Programs) and many other companies have side gigs that I can give them a list of candidates for their first class!

Consistent subpar. The frits are never crispy, the chicken is always soggy, and they often forget your sauces. This place has recently also picked up Curbside. The ride to Rivergate or Rock Hill is worthwhile if you want Chick-Fil-A. This situation was never good.
