Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Fort Mill

I doordashed about 40$ worth and everything was right except for My order , I ordered the hot fudge Brownie sundae there was more cold fudge and a big hard slab of brownie drowned in whipped cream barely had ANY ice cream the brownie wasn’t even heated or anything which saddened me bc if I were at another chain maybe it would have been correct ?and I could have salvaged the brownie if it weren’t soggy and hard like a rock it actually broke my spoon and my fork … I couldn’t even finish it so I had to toss it .. definitely definitely disappointed
