I ordered three large bowls of just noodles. I noticed a bowl on the counter with food in it and specified that I wanted three bowls of that size but only with noodles. Instead, I was charged for three sides of ramen noodles. Then, the cook brought out three small bowls. I clarified that I wanted three of the large bowls, not small ones. The staff explained that the side of ramen was half the size of a large bowl. So, I adjusted my order and asked for six sides instead. In the end, I realized I had actually paid for a total of nine sides of ramen noodles.

Service I received was worst than awful. Ordered a meal via skip the dishes and is still waiting for it to be delivered. When I called no one picked up the phone. I was not able to speak with anyone until the following morning. I was told that its not the restaurants fault and I should contact skip the dishes. She showed no regret at my bad experience and was more interested in passing blame. I will never eat at this restaurant or any of its location ever again. I go only

The service was a bit slow had to wait a little over 20 minutes. But the food is amazing and the atmosphere is calming in a way. Good seating and a wall dedicated to Japanese food/desert. Gets a very respectable 4 stars.

I had ordered a chicken/beef yakosabi. Sumo sized. Extra veggies. And after receiving it. It was small. So i paid an additional $3.50 to get double meat. I had came home and my meal was so small. Very little meat. And literally 2-3 teaspoons worth of teriyaki sauce in a tiny plastic container. After calling. I ordered from SkipTheDishes and the delivery was timely, but I was disappointed with the food quality. The nigiri sushi was especially disappointing—definitely worse than what you’d find at the grocery store. The beef teriyaki was just okay, and the spring rolls were not good at all. My boyfriend typically enjoys them but only managed to eat three-quarters of one before he tossed the rest out.
