Contribuiți la feedbackWhat is happening with the Doughnuts? Specifically, the Glazed. The last month or so, the glaze is almost nonexistent. It really seems the donuts are made ahead of time and then refrigerated. Or baked too long. I called and talked with someone and was told they were training a new baker. Training is not going well. It’s been a couple weeks since I called and talked to someone about it, and they are getting worse not better.
Maybe you should change your slogan. There is not a helpful smile in every isle. Not even at the registers. The child that was bagging my groceries only did a few and walked away and didn’t put them in my cart. Not once have I seen her smile since she’s worked there. If I wanted to do my own groceries I would go to self checkout. She was not nice at all. Cashier was fine.
Our order was completely misplaced at the breakfast kitchen, after inquiring about it 30 minutes later and noticing that 5 other tables had been served ahead of us. Was then told it would be another 10 minutes. There was also another gentleman a couple orders ahead of me whose order was also misplaced. Mind you, this place was not busy at the time we had come in. The fact that I asked for my money back seemed to be an inconvenience to them and was rude. Zero stars.
I had Carol from the bakery do another special cake for me, and once again she did an amazing job! she always goes above and beyond
Another amazing birthday with a big help from the Fort Madison Hy-Vee Bakery team! Grandma loves her cake (and refuses to cut Elvis’s face).
