Staff is incompetent. Couldn 't figure out how to use a gift card, they looked at me like I was speaking another language when I asked if they have pizza at this location (they don 't), and my toasted was barely more than warm. No greeting. Very slow service. Waited 5 minutes without a single acknowledgement before one of the three employees even said anything. Paid for a cookie but they never put it in the bag. Very disappointed, the customer service is horrible every time I go in. Today the girl making my sandwich had 1 inch long nails and presents her from being timely so I waited 20 minutes in an empty store for this girl to make 1 sandwich because her nails were too long. The whole sandwich was so sloppy and she didn't even try to close it so when I unwrapped it, all of the toppings fell out. As a Ft Lupton resident, I'd rather drive to Brighton. I ordered a footlong turkey and bacon, they wanted to give me super hard bread. I wanted extra mayo and the dang sandwich was more dry than the turkey. I dont think it even had mayo or any sauces i wanted. Then why i go to pay they throw the change at me. This will be my last time going there.. i will go an extra mile to go to another subway.. Every signal time I go to this subway they are out of something. Whoever does the stock ordering does a very poor job. It's literally at the point where I won't be wasting my time coming to this location. We don't have much in this town, so if you can't provide a proper service, maybe you should let Somebody lease the building that will.
