Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Fort Lee

To start, the mobile app ordering system is completely dysfunctional. Additionally, the way they toss the food in the bag is haphazard and disorganized. It seems like the company is run by children. Lastly, the elderly women who work there always seem to have a negative attitude towards customers. This needs to be addressed and improved. Overall, the service is subpar.

The food was good, but the drive-thru was closed due to a high volume of customers.

I have never been to a worse Popeyes. The employees show no concern for customer service. They ignore you when you need help and the managers do nothing about it. This location is on a military base, and you would expect better treatment for the men and women who serve our country. It is disappointing to see such lack of respect and customer service.

3 sandwiches took 25 minutes. Drive through sign looks like it was stolen, filled with xeroxed paper, and lacks items on the actual menu. This is a poor representation of contracts being offered on-post positions. Does nothing but hinder service members timelines. FYI, this was a third attempt and will be the last. Not suited for installation business

Stood in line for 50 minutes waiting for my food when they told us it would only be 7 mins. The workers are all high ...they said on weed but I think it's crack. They should not be able to work at this fine establishment. Everyone in here needs to be retrained. -signed a very concerned Karen
