Cugino's/villa Pizzeria - Fort Lee

Terrible experience. I ordered from this restaurant, food NEVER came. Called to ask about the order. They told me our delivery driver from grubhub never came I asked if I could have a refund then. That 's not our problem....that 's grubhubs problem They then hung up on me!

Will never order from here again unfortunately. ordered at 6:18pm didn?t have food delivered until 8:10pm and the pizza was cold. Hope they work on getting another delivery driver or reach out to customers if there is a one time issue and fix it for them.

This was my boyfriend's and I go to spot when we wanted something quick and good. The chicken sandwiches and even the pizza was great. I recently saw that they are no longer in fort lee. I ended up calling the number anyways and it turns out they're now in fairview. I decided to give them a try to see if they were still the same. I was wrong. Different name, different pizza guys. Although the chicken sandwiches were good and they were more than what i used to pay, it was worth it. The pizza? not so much. the pizza was pure dough, i was upset at the pizza but i personally liked the chicken sandwiches. I would return for the sandwiches but not the pizza.

This was our Go-To spot. Delivery driver was AWESOME and the pizza too. Then...some thing changed, it seemed sudden, Our Driver was gone and the pizza was some of the worst. We gave it 3 chances (thinking it was a one-off) but after the last tomato cheese soup on soggy crust, I called and got a refund. Now it is closed. I am not surprised

Pizza came cold and fries were soaked and thick. the delivery guy asked me to tip more even though he was very late for the delivery. I gave him $3 for $25 order) Buffalo wings tasted like frozen chicken Ive never had such bad wings). I am never ordering from here again.
