Gatsby's Joint - Fort Lauderdale

Gatsbys had the worst service and eat . they serve a1 soße with their steaks . the service was over terrible. and they offer cheap entertainment to play karaoke tracks claiming it is live music. all about gatsbys is about systems and tricks that try to get people into the doors. nice to see that a legit business is going on instead of them. blue steel pizza, they are a better owner with better product and better service. Welcome to the neighbourhood blue steel.

We visited gatsby’s joint on Wednesday night to get a feeling for the wow of the situation. When we entered, we could hear how live music is played in the bar area, as well as a small live group of people dancing. we were almost immediately greeted by the host and our server matheus at the door. we got the choice where we want to sit, table, high pointed, bar or dining room. matheus explained the happy hour menu and offers to us and took our drinks orders. After we went over the well-rounded menu, we decided for the escargot as an appetizer and ordered for the entreen, we ordered the kale quinoa with shrimp and the skinny shrimp scampi. the escargots were prepared excellently and presented in a porcellan escargot dish, not their usual steel sheet. the balance of the garlic, butter and lemon peel was right at the point. the quinoa salad was delicious and I can't say enough about the skinny shrimp scampi. the dressing and sauces were so balanced and tasty. I liked above all that the zucchini and squash were not overcooked and muddy as I had operated in others. the presentation was really thought out and executed correctly. a thing that really held for me was the attention of the server on service detail. during each visit of the table he used the opportunity to take away used objects and to clean the table in very inconspicuous manner. even during the second round of drinks he replaced the serviettes. soflodining

I have booked gatsbys joint for my sister wedding! I want to thank steve the owner, he was the best to work! he always answered my questions quickly and helped with recommendations, as this was a high-definition for my sister. we had 30 pages and he closed the restaurant so we could have a private reception. eating was amazing! the braut and the tantigam loved the place! if they want a private event, this is the place!

Great comedy at night on a Wednesday followed by open microphone. the mood lighting loved and the room was beautiful. spinat dip was phenomenal!

I spent the New Year's Eve here. 1.Poor management. 2.Restaurant Understaffed.. 3.Long wait for drinks and meals. The lady behind the bar did not pay attention to me, she was busy talking. I definitely will not recommend it to any of my friends.
