I've left four for what I've experienced over the past few years coming here until these last few weeks. I have a little allergy to milk and we are vegan so I can see how my drinks are made when I can. Here are some new experiences... 1.In the beginning, I ordered the matcha wrap with soy milk and without whip. From my car I saw the Barista whip put on my drink, then she scratched when she realized the mistake, put the lid on and they gave it to me. When I asked if this was pfeife, the person in the window told me no. I said I could still see the remaining whip and saw the barista scratch, then I asked for my money back to which she apologized and insisted to make it again. 2. Ordered a matcha wrap as I mentioned above and it came with visible powder during the cup. Instead of driving away, I thought I'd ask if I could have a spoon to mix it, so I waited to help her in the window. They looked at me several times, continued to ignore me and after a few minutes I decided it wasn't worth waiting. 3.on my last trip I ordered the Matcha-Frap again and they were out, so I told the woman what my order is normally and asked for something not super sweet, but ice cold. I will partly blame this because I would have mentioned once again that I have no milk before I got this drink. I got an ice cream coffee. After a few drinks I realized that it did not have the taste of soy milk, so I went back through the line to ask if this drink had milk and the answer was somehow like “good I my milk is milk.” Like I knew it was in there. As I said, I take the blame for a part of this problem, but I woke up this morning on a baby spitting up and upset because she gets it through breast milk and I feel terrible for her. Not only that, but this is the first time in the years I drank every animal milk and I am honestly disgusted and mortified. I think the slow regression of the service has ruined the “feeling / experience” I get from Starbucks. I know it's hard to find good loyal workers and mistakes happen, but I think it's a good time for me to take a break from Starbucks and save the money
When you enter this parking lot, when you go south, it's a bit unpleasant. However, the super-friendly staff always delivers a great SBUX experience, more than it does!
The staff is always great here! And the drinks are to be expected - also good! Thank you.
