Applebee's - Fort Gratiot

The Ribeye was not cooked as I requested; it lacked flavor and the sauce only made it worse. I sent it back, and while they offered to take it off the bill, I declined and they ended up charging me for it. I was hoping they would have accommodated my request more effectively.

I had the Bourbon Street Steak, and it was excellent! It was perfectly cooked. Our server, Tina Marie, was outstanding. She was attentive, funny, and genuine, and she served us right away. I really appreciated that she made sure there were no mushrooms on my steak. She truly made a tough day for us much brighter.

I ordered online and opted for pick-up. I tried the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp, a 6oz Sirloin, and the Boneless Wings. The service was prompt, and the girl who brought my order to the curbside was incredibly friendly. The food was absolutely delicious! I would have liked a bit more buffalo sauce on the wings, but overall, the salads were great and the prices were very reasonable!

Never had really bad service on the apples, the help is very friendly, but this place took the cake! Very attentive, food was really good after I was out at the truck protest all day. Definitely a great location to stop. Our family was even surprised to hear Arron Louis Am I the only one on the radio... made me proud to be there and enjoy the atmosphere! Will definitely come back! Even on the bike!

I came to eat here last night and I had Tinamarie R, as my waitress. She is the best waitress I’ve ever had here, and I believe she deserves a raise. She was on top of everything, never let my drinks my get empty or had to wait on her. She is extremely kind and has beautiful energy. Her enthusiasm and love for her job should not go unseen.
