Good, small restaurant, service was slow i think maybe some staff was away...what we had was good, OK variety and it is all you can eat....

When a restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat menu, customers expect to receive good service for the money they are paying. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Osaka. While the food was delicious and well-presented, the waitress was unfriendly and neglectful. She only came to the table to clear empty plates and did not offer a menu for additional meal choices. My family and I have dined at this restaurant multiple times, and the service has always been consistently poor. If you are offering an all-you-can-eat option, you should be prepared to serve customers more than just a couple of times. Sadly, I believe it might be time to find a new dining spot.

The restaurant in Fort Erie is not too bad, but I would recommend not spending your money on the dinner menu as there is a minimal selection compared to other restaurants in the region. The only real difference between lunch and dinner is a few types of Sashimi. The sushi is fresh and well-prepared, but the only issue with the food is that they tend to add crispy tempura bits to every roll, which may not be to everyone's liking. Overall, I would recommend this place if you are looking for a convenient option in Fort Erie and don't want to drive to other restaurants in nearby cities. It's nice to have a local all-you-can-eat option in the area.

We had a dinner in this restaurant, all you can eat sushi. Good selection for adults and kids. Fresh, good quality food.

My wife and I recently dined at a restaurant offering all you can eat sushi. The food we tried was mostly tasty, but we were disappointed by the mediocre service. The staff seemed unfriendly and unresponsive, making our experience less enjoyable. Additionally, we were not impressed with the quality of the beef and green pepper dish. Due to these factors, we are unlikely to return to this restaurant.
