Chuck's Roadhouse Grill - Fort Erie

You know how you’ll stumble across a gem in a small city? This is Fort Erie’s best kept secret. All of the staff is wonderful but Brandy is the reason we keep coming back to this location! She has always been consistent and a blast to be around. She always makes sure everyone’s having a good time.

I’ve been to a handful of chucks over the years and the food and service has always been good, but recently i came to the garrison road location in fort erie. brandy quickly turned the experience from an average 3.5 to 5 stars in one visit. she was extremely attentive, funny and kind. I ordered a cosmo and at first it was a little bitter and she was super apologetic and so sweet. she remade the drink and it was perfect. brandy is the reason this is now my favourite location.

Folks I hate to post this but IF you go here check your bills. There is a server there whose name starts with B and ends with Y, who has been caught multiple times ripping off customers. Complaints have been made, but the management has not acted. I know personally of six people who have found the discrepancy in their change, including three senior citizens. Folks watch your bills, there is a thief working there with management approval or at least inaction. Look at my reviews and you will see I am honest. This is disgusting. I was there personally when she tried to steal twenty dollars of change from a 78 year old man who had maybe a bit too much to drink. I know people are avoiding this restaurant because if that, and it's a shame because there are many great people that work there. Watch your bill and especially your change if you are dealing with this individual!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Brandy is an amazing person and bartender. She is a professional. Everyone knows her in town and she is as honest as the day is long. I only come to chucks when she’s her. She is kind and gracious to everyone who walks in the door . She has made this place into what it is today with her experience and management skills. Always a fabulous experience here!

All waitress are very nice and friendly with exception Brandy who is a thief. Loves to give the incorrect change. She was fired from southsides for stealing from clients. I personally have witnessed her shortchanging 1clients. Although there have been numerous complaints they refuse to fire her. COUNT YOUR
