I waited 15 minutes to place my order while standing behind 6 other people. About 5 minutes after ordering, I was informed that they had run out of dark meat and that it would take an additional 15 minutes. This was by far the worst service I've experienced at a Popeyes. Rating: Food: 2, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

The chicken is consistently overcooked, resulting in a very dry dish every single time. I would rate the food a 3, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 1.
