Vatos Tacos Tequila At The Foundry

We passed this restaurant a few times before we decided to go elsewhere. A woman approached us and told us we would love this place. She was the owner. Taking her advice we stayed and it changed our vacation life! Margaritas, pork belly tacos, chickennachos. We couldn't find one item not good. This place is amazing and we can't wait for our return tomorrow.

The El pastor and coconut shrimp tacos are my favorite. I really enjoyed the mango chorizo tacos and barbacoa as well. It was buy 3 get one free special. Try different ones. Absolutely delish

We had Vatos cater our wedding and people still talk about to this day. The short rib tacos were amazing, and the vegetarian option Jackfruit had rave reviews as well. In store they have a few extra options like fried avocado, and every taco I've hadthere has been very good. The catering coordination was simple and the price was good. The team that served at our wedding werefun and helped promote the atmosphere we wanted. Can't wait to go back and support the good folks and their local business.

Our family loves this place. There is a good variety of street tacos that are delicious. You can't go wrong with any of the tacos. Vatos has a good selection of Gluten Free items and is able to accommodate on a few that are not. The tacos are prettyreasonably priced, between $3-5 dollars each. It is a great place for families as it is a part of the Exchange and has a bigarea for kids to play. Some nights, they have bands playing. We keep coming back and having such a fun time.

YUM! Grabbed some tacos from Vatos for lunch while in Fort Collins for work and it was so good I got more to take home for dinner! Service was friendly and the space has a cool and relaxed vibe. We were there on a cold rainy day and the outdoor patioarea was heated, covered, and comfortable. Tried the pork al pastor, carne asada, and coconut shrimp and all were bomb. Doyourself a favor, though, and make sure to get the coconut shrimp the flavor combo is amazing. Perfect balance of sweet,salty, tangy, with some crunch all of the things you want. The guac and queso is also good. I will be sure to visit again andwill definitely get that coconut shrimp taco!
